Whether you are navigating bursts of intense emotion, relational conflict, or a quiet sense of disconnection, I offer a stable holding environment to help you move from overwhelm to clarity.
Many people seek counselling during periods of transition, loss, or uncertainty, when familiar ways of being no longer seem to fit. This may include relationship changes, identity questions, career or family transitions, or moments of emotional disconnection.
I offer a culturally aware counselling space where you can slow down, feel accepted, and make sense of what you’re experiencing in your own time.
Relationships often bear the weight of our unspoken anxieties. I offer a supportive space for partners to slow down, move past cycles of conflict, and find a new way of being together. My approach is rooted in existential psychotherapy, helping couples navigate the deep tensions of shared life.

A space to feel alive
Sometimes, life can feel like a series of 'doing' rather than 'being'. You might feel lost, disconnected, or as though you are playing a role that no longer fits. I offer a warm, reflective space where we can slow down and explore what feels truly alive in your life.
I offer therapy for adults and couples who may be feeling overwhelmed, drifting, stuck, or uncertain about themselves and their relationships. People often come to me during periods of transition, emotional difficulty, or when something feels painful but hard to put into words.
My approach
Existential: We explore the challenges of being human without judgment.
Winnicottian: Rather than offering advice or following a fixed technique, I focus on creating a 'holding environment' for a safe, reliable relationship. When someone feels emotionally safe and deeply seen, something previously unspeakable can begin to take form.
Therapy with me is about accompaniment rather than fixing — walking alongside you as we make sense of what feels difficult, meaningful, or unresolved. Sessions are shaped around you and what you bring, while you remain the expert in your own life.
